Falcons take on Falcon Fury at Senior Busch Gardens Day

On Monday, April 13th, the senior class and members of the student council visited Busch Gardens in Tampa. In celebration of their win in the 2014-2015 spirit contest, the class of 2016 finally embarked on the much anticipated trip. As a reward for their hard work, six student council members also participated in the fun and spent the day in the African Safari.

Here’s what the trip-goer’s thought about the day:

“I thought it was a great opportunity to bond with student council members that I don’t get to see everyday.” -Devon Sullivan 11th grade

“We tried to eat a lot of food at a buffet… And then we tested to see if we would vomit on Cheetah Hunt after that.” -Jakob Hamilton 12th grade

“Busch Gardens may have the ride, but they have never experienced a ‘Falcon Fury’ like us.” -Keith Dunkelberger 12th grade

“Mr.Forrester tried to bring his selfie stick on Falcon Fury… Then he got kicked off.” -Kevan Patel 12th grade

“It was really nice to spend the day at Busch Gardens with my graduating class. I’m going to miss them.” -Bryce Liebel 12th grade

“After a long day in the sun, we were able to treat ourselves to my favorite dessert ever: Dip n’ Dots!” -Katie Siegel 11th grade

“I got Mrs. Elisha to go on her first big-girl roller coaster.” -Caroline Gregory 12th grade

“I am so scared of rides, so I had a nice walk in the park.” -Sid Price 12th grade

“I think it was good way to end the year and a great opportunity for the senior class to bond.” -Jenna Turner 12th grade

“I channeled my inner animal when I got my face painted as a pretty panda.” -Toby Howell 12th grade

“I want to annoy people with the snapchats from the park like the seniors did to us this year.” -Lindsay Leskinen 12th grade

“I thought Monday was going to be okay until I saw my brother walk out of the house with clothing out of dress code since he was going to Busch Gardens.” -Christel Gharby 11th grade
