On Monday, while freshman, sophomores, and juniors in the Upper School attended regular classes, the seniors loaded up the buses and headed to Busch Gardens in Tampa, the culmination of the year-long spirit competition between classes.

The buses departed school at 8:00 am and returned at 5:00 pm, giving the spirit-point victors a long day at the amusement park. This year marks the fifth consecutive senior victory since the Class of 2015 won in 2014 as juniors.  Who will win the trip next year?

The outcome of this year’s spirit competition is due to the dominant performances by seniors on all spirit events throughout the year (literally, the only three events the seniors didn’t win this year were gym day’s soccer, beach day’s tug-of-war and spikeball).
