Tuesday’s Theme: Classical Age

Saint Stephens’ Homecoming Week just keeps getting better as Tuesday picked up rich where monday left off with another exciting event. The four classes competed in a relay race that consisted of filling a cup of water, pushing a sled, solving a puzzle with hieroglyphics, and carrying a person across the football field. The Juniors jumped out to a lead, however they eventually slowed down to allow the Seniors to catch up. The Seniors crossed the finish line with time to spare, leaving the other classes in the dust. That means that the first two events of the week have been won by the Seniors.

The Classical Age theme allowed students to dress up in a wide variety of costumes. Some people dressed as Egyptian Princesses while others were Greek Gods. At the end of the day, the Seniors were victorious in the costume contest, with the rest of the classes finishing in chronological order.

After the second day of Homecoming week, the point totals look like this:

  1. Seniors: 76
  2. Freshman: 44
  3. Juniors: 40
  4. Sophomore: 32
