5 things you need to know about Saturday’s Winter (In)formal

Jacob Whorf, Staff Writer

Surprisingly, a lot of people are still wondering just what Winter (In)formal is all about. Despite several Gauntlet articles and assembly announcements, The Gauntlet wanted to get out, as clearly as possible, the “Five things you need to know about Winter (In)formal.”

  1. When and where is Winter (In)formal? This Saturday from 7-10PM at the gym.
  2. What do I wear? Birthday party/dinner attire. Think casual (jeans, khaki shorts, nice t-shirts, pants and blouses, dresses, etc…)
  3. When and where do I buy tickets? Buy your tickets every day at lunch in the nest. Roll the die!  Your cost will be from $2 to $12.
  4. What events will be at Winter (In)formal? You can expect there to be a “photo wall” with props, large Jenga sets, corn hole, pin the tail on the donkey, limbo, a donut eating contest, and lawn golf. All in addition to the dance!
  5. Why should I go? Because everyone else is.  This dance will be the first student-led dance at the school. Come support your school by showing your spirit!
