With academics firing up and the spring sports season starting, Falcons may have lost track of who’s leading the spirit point competition. Ultimately, the winner of this competition will head to Busch Gardens at the end of the year.

To clear things up, I asked Student Council President, Hayes Chatham, about the spirit point standings.

1. Seniors: 266 points
2. Juniors: 185 points
3. Freshman:142 points
4. Sophomores: 112 points

As expected, Seniors are holding first place with a lead of almost 100 points over the second place Juniors.

Unexpectedly, the Freshman have found themselves in third with the sophomores

After the Giant Jenga event this Friday in which Sophomores were victorious, the Freshman are now on the look out for a comeback from their elders.

Looking forward, juniors, sophomores, and freshman should try to improve their rankings by attending more sports events, wearing spirit shirts on Fridays, and maybe even preparing better for future events.
