Girls Varsity soccer team will host Senior Night at the MAC tonight at 6:30pm, facing off against Belle Creek Academy.
The Lady Falcons won against Belle Creek earlier this season 4-2. The girls record stands at 4-5-2, they’ll look to win districts for a 3rd year in a row. Kick-off is 6:30pm, with the senior ceremony taking place at half-time.
Senior captain Ava Foy said that this game means a lot to her. Foy has been on the team since freshman year, thus having seen plenty of senior night games, but after years of watching other girls walk out at half time, it’s finally her turn.
“I am really excited going into this game tonight as a senior, but I am going to really miss all the girls and especially Coach Cotton once I leave,“ Foy said.
“I think It’s really important for people to come out to tonight’s game and support us because it’s our last year playing and it’s gonna be a good game.”
